Free Postage on jewellery orders Australia wide.

All products are packaged in either a black pouch or white box. Boxes are subject to availability, if they are not available then pieces will be wrapped in tissue with a Lustthelabel black pouch.
Once payment has been received orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders are posted out from the Lustthelabel office on Mondays and Fridays only.
Each order is sent using Eparcel with Australia Post. This is a signature on delivery service, the customer will receive tracking updates via email direct from Australia Post. Eparcel is a normal delivery service and can take between 1-4 days Australia wide.
Once the piece has been lodged with Australia Post Lustthelabel takes no responsibility in regards to it's arrival, pieces lost in transit by Australia Post will not be replaced by LUSTTHELABEL. In case this happens please contact asap and will help you.

International postage-

Flat rate Australia Post Registered International shipping $10.00AU* or free shipping over $100 using the codeword FREESHIPPING. If your country is not listed please email Lustthelabel and we will organize shipping for you.

* New Zealand shipping rate is $5.00

Delivery is between 7-12 business days. Please allow Lustthelabel 1-3 business days to ship your order.

Lustthelabel will email you once your order has been shipped, Registered post allows basic tracking, this means it can be checked from an Australia Post office when your parcel was lodged and when it has been delivered. It also requires a signature on delivery.

Once the piece has been lodged with Australia Post Lustthelabel takes no responsibility in regards to it's arrival, pieces lost in transit by Australia Post will not be replaced by Lustthelabel. Please do not contact us about your order unless it has been more than 14 business days since your order was lodged.

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information please contact your local customs office.
